Shipping

Where can we ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States. We are also open to arrangements for international deliveries. Please note that international shipping costs may be higher. Reach out, and we'll see if we can work something out!

What's your shipping and processing time?

We are two artisans who create and sell our own dice. For in-stock items, we typically require one business day to process and ship. For custom dice, please allow 4–6 weeks for crafting and processing. We continue to improve our workflow and hope to reduce this timeframe.

How much is shipping?

  • United States: Shipping is included.
  • International: Rates vary by location.

What can I customize?

Almost everything! Prices and processing times may vary based on the level of customization. Here is a breakdown:

  • Free Customization Options (No Additional Time or Cost):
    • Ink Coloring: Single color inking.
    • Dice Colors: Choose up to two colors for the body of the dice.
    • Available Fonts: One font is currently available for inking customization (please ask for availability).
    • Basic Pouring Styles: Light ink pours, side-by-side pours, cloud dice, or dirty pours.
    • Select Add-ons: Glitter, micropower, foil, and more.
  • Customizations That May Add Time and Cost:
    • Advanced Ink Coloring: Use as many ink colors as you desire.
    • Custom Inclusions: We can include almost anything inside the dice, as long as it fits and is not alive. Note: Non-resin inclusions may cause improper weighting.
    • Advanced Pouring Styles: Petri pours and similar techniques.
    • Specific Washi Tapes or Stickers: Available for blank and Shell and blank dice.
    • New Custom Fonts: Creating new fonts requires new masters and molds. We are open to this for the right price.
